Ieva comes from a legal background (LLM) and has ten years of customer experience positions in banking and technology sector. She’ll be working closely with top executives of the company actively participating in marketing, technology, and compliance functions for building and implementing the best customer support practices and the lasting success of investors and asset owners on the Smartlands Platform.
“I built up my career in an international bank where I’ve had my hands on every matter related with customer service and care: defining customer experience strategies (locally and between countries), leading CX-related projects, driving continuous improvements across all channels and all business functions,” says Ieva. “As a result of my dedication and purposeful, targeted work, our customer service was repeatedly independently ranked as one of the best in Lithuania.”
Having switched her career, Ieva had joined an IT startup where after initiating a number of creative solutions and new practices she successfully managed her firm’s rapidly growing Customer Support function.
She had also spent a year in Italy working as CEO’s consultant. “This international experience gave me a broader view of business management practices as well as a more profound understanding of the complexity and importance of each collaborating function in a company,” remarks Ieva. “If you ask me what makes me stand out, I’d definitely say that I’m good at getting things done, leading changes and guaranteeing positive Customer Experience. I’m excited to join Smartlands.io and ready to invest all of my knowledge to ensure the best user experience for everyone involved with the Platform.”
