The recent strides we made in the run-up to our STO of shares in the student accommodation complex in Nottingham have prompted Smartlands to expand its team dramatically. Our community is growing, we are making more contacts, creating more far-reaching partnerships every day. Our pipeline of projects is swelling with opportunities one better than the other, and each needs to be properly researched, developed, and presented to the public.

These and many more are the reasons we continue to look for good people on all continents. In the meantime, here are the newest additions to, as Watty Piper would put it, our little Platform that could.

Galyna Danylenko, our new PR Lead, loves helping people and businesses find a common language and thinks that Smartlands strategy of democratizing investment is unsurpassed. Throughout her 10-year career in public relations, Galyna worked with companies and organizations from various industries, but her true passion is tech. After years of managing external press offices for Microsoft and Ericsson, she found a new challenge in working with startups ( Hacken, Paytomat), helping turn them into successful international businesses.

Povilas Ambrazaitis is our new Head of Finance and Accounting. Povilas studied finance at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Over the years, he’s built his expertise working in various international accounting firms focusing on real estate across Europe. “I wholeheartedly believe in Smartlands,” says Povilas.”The company’s proprietary solutions are innovative enough to very well propell Smartlands into the investment world stardom and make it a clear front runner of of asset tokenization.”

Yaroslava Tkalich, our new Head of Marketing and Communications, received Master Degree at BI Norwegian Business School (Norway) and participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Bocconi University (Milano, Italy). She has six years of hands-on experience in product management, marketing communications, and operations relating to telecom and digital assets. “As the new Head of Marketing of Smartlands, I see my primary goal in establishing effective communication with all stakeholders and building a long-term marketing strategy. Smartlands is already off to a terrific start, and I will do my very best to increase the company’s performance and put Smartlands in the centre of the asset tokenization landscape.”

Liutauras Žilinskas, our new Customer Success Specialist, got into crypto even before it was mainstream, witnessed its highs and lows, and had eventually “found the beacon of light that is Smartlands.” Liutauras studied Political Science in Vilnius University and is passionate about discovering the ways our lives will be transformed by the upcoming 4th industrial revolution with the blockchain technology as its integral part. “Studying political science, I found a particular interest in how technologies can enhance governance,” says Liutauras. “I hope to further my knowledge of blockchain enough to eventually find a solution for the various problems our democracies face today. The future is bright with technological innovation, and I am delighted to be a part of it.”
